random talks  Here are a collection of random thoughts, talks and shoutouts i've been meaning to blog about but never quite got to because 1) They are too short to come as one entry 2) I can't just squeeze them in a proper entry. So here goes, 1) Arnott's are freakin tasty. (haha sorry eating them now. just had to say.) 2) Don't u find adverts on tagboards interesting. I mean where do they even come from in the first place?! I know some of them are posted by real people who advertise their own blogshop but those on penis enlargement? LOL? those have to be bots and if they really are it's scary how they know i'm a guy, well at least i've yet to see any breast enlargement adverts on my blog yet. whew? 3) Music! You know after you have listened to tons & tons of music, you begin to realise that the oldies are really the best no matter how you look at it. You see, I judge music and how good they are simply by, how many times i can loop it over and over again and/or listen to it every now and then over the weeks, months, years and still not get bored of it. People who say good music are those that simply sound good to their ears are dolts. Because any song can. But how many times can u listen to that supposingly good song until you actually find it irritating? Back to my point, oldies are better because many of them fit into my category of 'will never get bored of' as compared to the ones coming out these days. The last really good one i can recall is probably Hoobastank's The Reason; which isn't exactly that new anyway. 4) Clothes! accessories, hats, whatever! Seriously SOME DESIGNERS ARE JUST PLAIN STUPID. A nice looking flat cap, they add a bloody flap at the back. A nice Shirt with a near cut & chic design, they add a bleedy big and ulgy graffiti at the back. A nice pair of jeans, they add a smiley face at the back pocket. a bloody SMILEY FACE. WTF. why! why! pls tell me what these designers are thinking, finally creating a perfect piece of work only ruining it by their own stupidity. It's more than a catastrophe. It's vandalism. PHAIL! 5) Keith Urban is my new 'suprisingly talented artist' of the month 6) Do you know that a woman who avoided the Air France 447 crash (which killed all 228 people onboard) by changing to another flight at the last minute got killed in car crash only days later? When i read this piece of news, the first thing that came to my was..... yep. u guessed it too. FINAL DESTINATION :O 7) Tweet is kinda dumb but still. haha just add me, http://twitter.com/crunchyapples i'll gladly follow you too =) 8) I finally understand that ppl can still be perfectly happy single. Having a gf is just a bonus and luck plays a very big part in it. 9) It is now 4.56am and i hate myself; because my body clock is terribly screwed. Thanks holidays. what should be implanted in my head & what i should 'If we spend too much time thinking, we might miss an opportunity.' saw that on an ATM yesterday. Pretty cool function UOB ATM has. They display some random quotes during any loading or processing sequence. aha. when you first see that line you'll probably start thinking along the lines of something heavy perhaps whether to take up a job offer, whether it's time to invest, start a business etc. What first came to my mind however was, my shopping exprience. yeahh. i know. HAHA let me explain.. Just as i was telling luke the other day, i used to ponder before making any purchases. Even for those minuscule items (actually i still do. most guys do haha) taking hours, days and sometimes even weeks to decide and when i finally do decide to get it, GONE :( that said. i was at far east - also where the ATM was. Later i DID pick a last piece & then i remembered 'If we spend too much time thinking, we might miss an opportunity.' ahhhhh how ironic. So nice of the ATM. the evil ATM .. aye. but just FYI. i dun get mola from my folks. neither will they -ever- sponsor me. so all my $$ = hard earned or what i call, 'straved saved'. haha so nothing to be envious about cos i ain't some rich kid. haha Instead, u should pity me & give me some ka-ching!! squirrel & love songs  hu.hu.hu. Bout time for me to blog huh. Actually it's more like finally i can blog. been as busy as a squirrel lately. ok fineee i know that idiom doesn't exist. basically i'm just really busy luhh. but don't be disappointed because here i am!! Haha & i decided this entry shall be a happy one ;D If u do a little scroll down (but dun get distracted. scroll down & right back up kay). Notice anything?? depressing much eh? haha! All my woeful & dreary entries must be making you miserable. Poor you.. Poor me. So let’s put an end to that! Which explains why i'm listening to the Beatles now. haha. You know when people say they have magical voices they mean it. I can already feel the positive energy oozing into my bloodstreams down from my ear canals and I’m only a few songs in. It's revitalising; not a moment ago i was just sleeping on my floor & now here I am all hippy, blogging. Actually I was just listening to the radio the other day while i was studying for my buggerish test (which i think i will do well heh) and i noticed something. 90% of the songs are about LOVE in one way or another. and about 67% of them HAVE the word 'LOVE' in it. cool huh. on the side note my numbers are totally random but i'm quite sure it's around there. Yeaaaaa. haha. and if you listen in real hard. the word 'home' is also used very often. haha. dammn now all of you know i'm not actually studying. Just, lost in music =S haha Interesting er? Makes you think all the artists in the world are emo. Haha but nope! i dun think so, i just think that LOVE is THAT powerful. LOVE has the power not only to change people like what we always get in movies, it even has the power to inspire ppl to write music! yepp. Of cos when u think of it you'd first assume the love songs are usually about lost love, break ups etc. but hey! that’s not true. many of these songs are about finding true love, happy love, innocent love, simple crushes and the such. So there you have it. Thankfully hah. or i think all the artists out there need serious help, listen to rihanna's rehab, or come to me - so i can give them a tight slap xD Alright. Dinner's ready. but teehee. rebellious me. I'm going for a jog 1st. Mum's not gonna be happy. haha. buahs! |
